Bethan Customs appoints new Operations Lead

Kat’s promotion marks an exciting chapter at Bethan's and her new role recognises her strong performance, attention to detail and proactive approach to leading operational improvement across the business.

Bethan is an independent specialist customs and international trade consultancy, supporting businesses of all sizes in navigating complex customs regulations. With a practical, people-first approach, we help clients stay compliant with HMRC, streamline cross-border processes and manage customs risk effectively.

Since joining Bethan Customs Consultancy in 2024, Kat has been key to coordinating internal systems, strengthening delivery processes and supporting team collaboration, all while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

As Operations Lead, Kat will take a more strategic role in leading day-to-day operations, ensuring that the business continues to deliver high-quality, efficient and compliant support to clients. Her role will be key in driving continuous improvement, championing internal systems, and enabling the wider team to thrive.
